eCommerce Manager

We are looking for a driven e-Commerce Manager with a profound understanding of the Danish and Swedish market. You are the ideale profile if you know how to increase sales through digital marketing and are comfortable with optimizing customer experience, onsite marketing and the like in a national omnichannel business.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the online shop P&L in Denmark and Sweden –
  • Achieve KPI targets such as sales, visits, conversion rate, AOV, COS and contribution margin
  • Analyze and optimize the customer experience along the relevant touch points within the customer journey
  • Show the best offer at the right time in the right place through permanent optimization in content- & category management as well as search & sorting strategies
  • Optimize onsite marketing and direct marketing to activate and retain relevant target groups
  • Develop profitable pricing strategies
  • Contribute to the national omni channel strategy to ensure “one face to the customer” in the different channels
  • Planning and control of budgets and business key performance indicators (KPIs) and the derivation of appropriate measures
  • Management of a small team
  • Ensure close coordination with internal stakeholders in Copenhagen and with the German headquarters
  • Proactive work as an interface between purchasing, customer service, marketing, logistics and IT
  • Support and quality assurance of translators
  • Working out local UX improvements for the international platform development
  • Share Best Practices with the international e-Commerce Teams
  • Continuous observation of the market and implementation of competition and price comparisons

Requirements

  • 2+ years digital business experience
  • Speak and write fluent Danish and/or Swedish and English. German is a plus
  • Have a strategic and commercial mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Passion for constant analysis and learning through data
  • Retail personality with strong customer and sales orientation
  • strong experience in traffic optimization and conversion
  • Act proactively, independently, and responsibly
  • Have a great understanding of the Danish and Swedish online market
  • Strong understanding of technical processes
  • Flexible in working with different digital analysis and control tools – preferable GA
  • Fair and open-minded within a team
