Omnidocs is on an ambitious growth journey – following five strategic acquisitions in 2024, They have more than doubled in size and strengthened our presence across the Nordics, UK, and DACH/Benelux regions. They are now looking for an Account Manager with a strong customer focus to support and grow our diverse client base.

About the role
As an Account Manager at Omnidocs, you’ll act as a trusted advisor for a wide range of clients, helping them navigate our expanding portfolio of SaaS solutions. You’ll manage ongoing relationships, ensuring customers gain value across multiple product combinations – and spotting opportunities to grow their engagement over time.
You’ll be part of our collaborative commercial team, working closely with Sales, Delivery, Product, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience and sustainable growth.
Your responsibilities:
Manage a dynamic portfolio of B2B clients across different industries and regions
Deepen relationships and act as the primary point of contact post-sale
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on evolving client needs
Support onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization
Collaborate closely with Delivery and Product teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Represent Omnidocs at meetings, reviews, events, and industry forums
Gather and relay client feedback to support continuous improvement
Who is Omnidocs looking for:
You’re a skilled relationship manager who’s passionate about customer success and business growth. You’re confident handling varied accounts with different levels of maturity and product configurations, and you take pride in being a steady partner to your clients.
You likely bring:
Experience in a B2B SaaS Account Management or Customer Success role
Ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously
A consultative, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on value creation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong commercial instincts and ability to identify growth potential
Curiosity and adaptability – you enjoy learning new tools and client industries
Proficiency in English
