Omnidocs is on an ambitious growth journey – following five strategic acquisitions in 2024, They have more than doubled in size and strengthened our presence across the Nordics, UK, and DACH/Benelux regions. They are now looking for an Account Manager with a strong customer focus to support and grow our diverse client base.

About the role

As an Account Manager at Omnidocs, you’ll act as a trusted advisor for a wide range of clients, helping them navigate our expanding portfolio of SaaS solutions. You’ll manage ongoing relationships, ensuring customers gain value across multiple product combinations – and spotting opportunities to grow their engagement over time.

You’ll be part of our collaborative commercial team, working closely with Sales, Delivery, Product, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience and sustainable growth.


Your responsibilities:

  • Manage a dynamic portfolio of B2B clients across different industries and regions

  • Deepen relationships and act as the primary point of contact post-sale

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on evolving client needs

  • Support onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization

  • Collaborate closely with Delivery and Product teams to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Represent Omnidocs at meetings, reviews, events, and industry forums

  • Gather and relay client feedback to support continuous improvement



Who is Omnidocs looking for:

You’re a skilled relationship manager who’s passionate about customer success and business growth. You’re confident handling varied accounts with different levels of maturity and product configurations, and you take pride in being a steady partner to your clients.


You likely bring:

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS Account Management or Customer Success role

  • Ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously

  • A consultative, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on value creation

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong commercial instincts and ability to identify growth potential

  • Curiosity and adaptability – you enjoy learning new tools and client industries

  • Proficiency in English
