(Stilling besat) IT Project Manager (12 month employment)

Fiskars Group is looking for a hands-on IT Project Manager for an in-house 12-month employment. The role is part of Digital, Analytics & AI, and you will become part of an international setup with close collaboration across senior IT management, business stakeholders, and specialists.
The Role
You will be responsible for driving IT projects across retail, eCommerce, and B2B – for example in connection with expansion projects in the US.
You stay close to the details, ensure progress, and work in a structured way with documentation. You coordinate across teams, vendors, and systems - while also being involved in the execution yourself (testing, setup, follow-up).
You will work closely with senior profiles, where strategy and governance are anchored – while your focus will be on ensuring progress and execution in the projects.
Your key responsibilities
Drive IT projects from planning to go-live
Ensure progress, structure, and coordination across IT, business, and external partners
Coordinate deliveries from external vendors and development partners
Work hands-on with testing, setup, and implementation (e.g. UAT)
Actively participate in testing, configuration, and implementation as part of the delivery
Prepare and maintain documentation (requirements, decisions, status updates)
Manage risks, dependencies, and ongoing follow-up
Support integrations with backend systems (e.g. ERP) – without owning the technical design
Contribute to go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization
Your profile
3 years of experience within IT project management or delivery (junior to mid-level experience)
Experience with DTC / eCommerce, retail, and preferably ERP systems (e.g. SAP or AX12)
Some experience collaborating and coordinating with external vendors and stakeholders
Hands-on experience with testing, configuration, or implementation
Experience coordinating across commerce and backend systems
Thrive in a role focused on execution rather than governance and strategy
Work in a structured way and are strong in documentation

You will become part of Digital, Analytics & AI and report to the Senior Manager, Digital Development (Retail & eCom).
