Role overview
At NoA Ignite, we are currently looking for an experienced and ambitious Delivery Manager who will lead selected client product development tracks — across UX, Design, Data and Tech.
You’ll lead entire project lifecycles, from initial brief and defining scope and project design, to owning the production process. This includes maintaining project backlog and plans to ensure focus and progress, monitoring and mitigating risks, sharing project status reports to ensure client alignment, and steering each step of the project incl. initial analysis, proof of concepts, detailed design, development, and launch. While continuously ensuring focus on business development.

You have a strategic business-development mindset and know how to keep clients happy, calm and confident while supporting their growth journey. You are a structured doer, who knows how to remove roadblocks, be proactive and steps ahead. And you possess a keen sense of balancing client aspirations with budget considerations and delivering on schedule.
Responsibilities:
Owning client projects and being the clients main point of contact.
Managing day-to-day project development, including team briefing and management, representing the client and their business strategy in the team as well as ensuring alignment across client stakeholders and cross functional teams.
Facilitating sprint ceremonies, creating and maintaining project backlog and plans, ensuring ticket specification and the necessary project documentation.
Progress & risk monitoring, and steering project economy and scope throughout projects.
In charge of removing roadblocks for the projects to move forward with right focus.
Identify and proactively pursue new opportunities, scope tasks and create project debriefs.
What you likely bring:
5+ years experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams, and managing larger, complex and development heavy projects.
A skilled communicator, keeping the team, client and co-workers informed and aligned. Ideally Danish speaking and writing, but not a requirement.
A structured and strong team player with the ability to work closely with visual designers, UX’ers, data specialists and clients to build great solutions.
Possess a great can-do attitude and a lack of ego. It’s about how NoA Ignite solve problems the best way for the client – not about subjective opinions.
Understands the nature and broadness of creative processes, technical development, and business. And have the ability to navigate in complex problems and projects, identifying possible obstacles and risks - and plan how to mitigate.
Know how to use different variations of project- and process methodology within agile.
Experienced using Jira & Confluence or similar to organise and govern your project.
A master of slides for creating proposals and presentations.
Pro when it comes to using Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
Lastly, but not the least, you are happy with numbers – both in initial budgeting and tracking.
