As demand for Marketing Technology, customer data platforms, CRM, digital experience platforms and AI-powered customer experiences continues to grow, we are looking for a commercially driven Client Director to strengthen our team.
This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of business, technology and client relationships. Someone who can identify opportunities, build trust with senior stakeholders, and translate complex Martech capabilities into tangible business value.
The role as Client Director
As Client Director, you will play a central role in driving growth across existing and new clients. You will be in the very center of NoA Ignite’s commercial activities.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and helping organisations unlock value through Martech, data and digital platforms.
You will work closely with our designers, developers, architects and data specialists to shape and deliver solutions that create measurable business impact.
Success in this role is built on your ability to create trust, identify opportunities, develop commercial cases, and guide clients through complex digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Growth & Business Development
Drive revenue growth across a portfolio of clients
Identify, develop and close opportunities within Martech, CRM, CDP, marketing automation, AI, data platforms and digital experience platforms
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and contribute to overall business growth targets
Lead commercial dialogues with senior stakeholders
Develop business cases and strategic roadmaps that demonstrate clear client value
Client Leadership
Build long-term trusted relationships with key client stakeholders
Act as strategic advisor on Martech, digital transformation and customer experience initiatives
Understand client business objectives and proactively identify opportunities for growth and optimisation
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Solution Development
Collaborate with specialists across NoA Ignite and the wider NoA network to create compelling client solutions
Translate client needs into solution concepts, proposals and project scopes
Participate in pitches, proposal development and commercial negotiations
Ensure successful transition from sales to delivery
Market Development
Stay ahead of developments within Martech, AI, customer data, digital platforms and customer experience
Contribute to strengthening NoA Ignite's market position and service offerings
Identify emerging opportunities and industry trends relevant to our clients
What We're Looking For
We believe the ideal candidate combines strong commercial capabilities with a genuine interest in technology and digital transformation
You likely have:
10+ years of experience in business development, consulting, account management or client leadership within digital, technology or consulting environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
A proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing client relationships
Experience advising and selling Martech, CRM, customer data platforms, marketing automation, digital platforms or related technology solutions
Strong understanding of how technology, data and customer experience create business value
Experience working with complex digital transformation or platform implementation projects
The ability to engage confidently with both business and technical stakeholders
Strong presentation, negotiation and communication skills
A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial drive
It is an advantage if you have experience with:
Salesforce, Google, Braze or similar platforms
MACH architecture and composable technology ecosystems
Customer data and personalisation initiatives
AI-driven marketing and customer experience solutions
Design Thinking and customer-centric innovation methodologies
